The Flavor - Advanced Grading LUT

The Flavor is an advanced grading LUT I've developed searching long and wide for a way to turn my cheap DSLR camera, the Canon SL2/200D into an ARRI Alexa like look.

After months of experimentation I solved this problem and decided to share the solution in order to save you loads of time.

I use The Flavor in all my videos, be it with some preprocessing color conversion techniques or directly on Rec.709 footage straight out of camera.

I use this LUT with a diverse range of camera footage and it is not bound by the Canon line of cameras.

This aims to get an unique look tending towards an ARRI Alexa but it is not a technical color perfect conversion, refer to an advanced ACES workflow for such use cases.
